Basketball Game Preview: Hamilton Chargers vs. Menomonee Falls Phoenix

The Hamilton Chargers are taking a road trip to square off against the Menomonee Falls Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Thursday, Hamilton had to suffer through a 89-48 loss at the hands of Germantown. The match marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Menomonee Falls entered their game against Brookfield Central on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Menomonee Falls took an 83-74 hit to the loss column at the hands of Brookfield Central. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (71), the Phoenix still had to take the loss.

Menomonee Falls' defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4. As for Hamilton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Hamilton skirted past Menomonee Falls 58-55 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Does Hamilton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Menomonee Falls turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
