 After only two  runs in their last  matchup, Sage Creek made sure to put some  runs up on the board against Canyon Crest Academy  on Friday. The Sage Creek Bobcats blew past the Canyon Crest Academy Ravens 15-1. The result was nothing new for Sage Creek, who have now won nine games by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
  Kassidy King made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  tossed  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. King was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base.
 In other batting news,  Kaimana Coleman was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI, two  doubles,  and a  triple. Another player making a difference was  Naomi Shetula, who  scored three  runs while going 2-for-3.
 On Canyon Crest Academy's side, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Grace Yao, who  went 2-for-2 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 Sage Creek pushed their record up to 17-8 with that  win, which was their seventh straight  on the road. As for Canyon Crest Academy, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-19.
 Sage Creek will be playing in front of their home fans against Oceanside at 4:00  a.m.  on Monday. Both teams have allowed few  runs on average, (Oceanside: 3.2, Sage Creek: 2.1) so any  runs scored will be well earned. As for Canyon Crest Academy, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Vista at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Canyon Crest Academy has given up an average of 10.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
