Softball Recap: Austin Takes a Loss

Austin fell victim to Mankato West and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Scarlets. The Packers haven't had much luck with the Scarlets recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Austin's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Mankato West, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-4.

Austin didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 8-4 defeat against Kasson-Mantorville on the 21st. Mankato West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
