Baseball Recap: Binghamton Comes Up Short

Binghamton managed to slip by Ithaca the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Patriots came up short against the Bear Cubs on Monday, falling 10-2.

Binghamton has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Ithaca, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-11.

Coming up, Binghamton will head out on the road to challenge Sidney at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ithaca, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Vestal at 5:00 p.m.
