Soccer Recap: Olympus Takes a Loss

Olympus came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Skyline Eagles. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Olympus couldn't quite close it out.

Olympus' loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Skyline, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Olympus will take on rival Brighton at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Skyline is set to challenge their familiar foe East at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
