Basketball Game Preview: Carrboro Jaguars vs. Northwood Chargers + How To Watch

The Carrboro Jaguars will head out to challenge the Northwood Chargers at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

It was a proper cat-fight when Carrboro challenged East Chapel Hill last Friday. The Jaguars were outmatched by the Wildcats and fell 75-46.

The losing side was boosted by Jake McGrath, who went 6-for-11 to rack up 16 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Kiran Kamath, who posted seven points.

Meanwhile, Northwood came up short against E.E. Smith on Saturday and fell 53-43.

Northwood now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Carrboro, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Carrboro might still be hurting after the 59-39 defeat they got from Northwood in their previous matchup back in December of 2019. Thankfully for the Jaguars, Aaron Ross (who shot 73% from the field en route to 20 points and five rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
