South Salem has gone a perfect 7-0 against North Salem recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Saxons will venture away from home to face off against the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. North Salem took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on South Salem, who comes in off a win.

South Salem barely beat Sprague the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Saxons' defense stepped up to hand the Olympians a 3-0 shutout on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for South Salem.

Meanwhile, North Salem was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against McNary, falling 4-0.

South Salem's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for North Salem, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1.

Everything went South Salem's way against North Salem in their previous meeting on October 3rd, as South Salem made off with a 6-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Saxons since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
