The Modesto Panthers''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Gregori, falling 48-6. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Modesto in their matchups with Gregori: they've now lost eight in a row.
Michael Marsden continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Gregori, rushing for 208 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries. Marsden was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 68 yards. Deandre White Jr was another key contributor, rushing for 42 yards and two touchdowns.
Modesto has been struggling this season, as they've lost seven of their first eight contests, which gives them a 1-7 record this season. As for Gregori, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.
