Baseball Recap: Jenks Comes Up Short

Jenks suffered their closest loss since March 7th on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Charles Page Sandites by a score of 5-3. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Sandites recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Jenks' defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Charles Page, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jenks will host Cushing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charles Page, they will welcome Deer Creek at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
