Football Recap: Westland Has No Trouble Against Dublin Scioto + How To Watch

The third road game was the charm for Westland, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They took down the Dublin Scioto Irish 38-21 on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Although Dublin Scioto took the loss, they still got scores from Wayne Moore, Isaiah Jones, and Grant Sauer. Sauer also deserves some recognition as he hauled in his first receiving touchdown of the season.

The win got Westland back to even at 3-3. As for Dublin Scioto, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Westland will venture away from home to challenge Westerville North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dublin Scioto, they will square off against St. Charles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
