Luis Valdez Leadership Academy extended their losing streak to ten on Friday, dropping their season record down to 0-10 in the process. They came up short against the KIPP San Jose Collegiate Wolfpack, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolfpack this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 25-2 back in April.

Luis Valdez Leadership Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was America Martinez, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. Luis Valdez Leadership Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for KIPP San Jose Collegiate, they will take on El Primero at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolfpack's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lobos have averaged an impressive 12 runs per game this season.
