Volleyball Recap: Paoli's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

Paoli had to endure a five-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the South Central Rebels 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rams have posted since August 24, 2024.

Chelsea Neukam paced Paoli's offense, picking up seven kills. Neukam got some help from Maddie Vernon and her 16 assists. Tariana Burkhead controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Paoli's win bumped their record up to 3-18. As for South Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season.

Coincidentally, Paoli and South Central will both be playing Southwestern the next time they take the court. The Rams will head out to face the Rebels at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Rebels will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
