Basketball Recap: Boles Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Hopkins, Boles was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They skirted past the Yantis Owls 62-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hornets have posted since December 28, 2024.

It was another big night for Zion Mcfadden, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and 13 rebounds. Gavin Williams was another key player, putting up seven points along with seven boards and five assists.

Boles pushed their record up to 18-15 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.3 points over those games. As for Yantis, their loss dropped their record down to 23-12.

Looking ahead, Boles will challenge Harts Bluff at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Harts Bluff will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Boles surely won't give up without a fight. Yantis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
