Wasatch lost to Spanish Fork back in May of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Wasps were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Dons. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wasps.

Wasatch never let Spanish Fork on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 25-19.

Wasatch can attribute much of their success to Everett Saunders, who had eight digs and two assists. Brody Hulme also deserves some recognition as he had his first block of the season.

Wasatch's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Spanish Fork, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-7.

Coincidentally, Wasatch and Spanish Fork will both be playing Cedar Valley the next time they take the court. The Wasps will head out to face the Aviators at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Dons will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
