Softball Preview: Franklin Broncos vs. Greensville County Eagles
Franklin is 0-10 against Greensville County since April of 2015 but things could change on Monday. The Broncos will look to defend their home field against the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Meanwhile, Greensville County strolled into their game last Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against Brunswick as they made off with an 18-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won three matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.
Greensville County pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8-2.
