On Friday Ethan Curtis tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (zero) Curtis has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with more than five strikeouts. For the season, he has an ERA of 2.81 over 32.3 innings pitched.
