Soccer Recap: Swett Comes Up Short

Swett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 6-3 to the St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against St. Patrick-St. Vincent this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-2 back in December of 2025.

Swett hit St. Patrick-St. Vincent with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Manny Ezeba, John Godoy, and Miguel Villalobos.

Swett's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, the win snapped their losing streak at five matches and leaves them with a 4-6-1 record.

Swett wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 10-2 loss against Kennedy on the 22nd. As for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against De Anza on the 22nd.
