Volleyball Recap: Pueblo Central Wins Going Away Against Fountain Valley + How To Watch

Pueblo Central won the last time they faced Fountain Valley and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats blew past the Danes 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Pueblo Central was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-11, 25-9.

Katie Purfield paced Pueblo Central's offense, picking up 14 kills. Purfield got some help from Natalie Alfonso and her 29 assists. Ashlynn Saenz controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Pueblo Central's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Fountain Valley, they dropped their record down to 5-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Pueblo Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Pueblo County on the 30th. As for Fountain Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Elbert on the 30th.
