Basketball Recap: Ridgeview Comes Up Short

Ridgeview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 57-46 to the Crook County Cowboys. While losing is never fun, the Ravens can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 144th, while the Cowboys are ranked 26th).

Ridgeview's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Crook County, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

While Ridgeview had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
