Baseball Recap: Vista Panthers vs. Mission Vista

Vista fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Mission Vista on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of Mission Vista by a score of 3-2. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Mission Vista earlier this season, when they won 7-5.

Logan Embrey was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he tossed six innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. That one hit allowed gave him a new career-low.
