Baseball Recap: Orange Panthers vs. Garden Grove Argonauts
Orange won against Savanna last Friday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Panthers put the hurt on the Garden Grove Argonauts with a sharp 8-1 victory. The Panthers not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since February 21st (when they won 20-1).
Orange got a great performance from Daniel Vergara as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts Vergara has posted since back in March.
