Soccer Recap: Nova Comes Up Short

Nova was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Stoneman Douglas Eagles, falling 8-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Nova of the 8-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2022.

Nova's loss dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Stoneman Douglas, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1.

Looking ahead, Nova will venture away from home to challenge Plantation at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stoneman Douglas, they will welcome Pompano Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
