Vanguard extended their road winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Terrance Lewis. The Knights blew past the Gainesville Hurricanes, posting a 44-0 win for which the team can thank Lewis, who rushed for 77 yards and one score on only seven carries, and also threw for 107 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes. His passing game has become a key predictor of Vanguard's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise.
