Volleyball Recap: Davis Sr. Comes Up Short

Davis Sr. was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Whitney Wildcats. The Blue Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Gabriel Crawford paced Davis Sr.'s offense, picking up four kills. Crawford got some help from Mohammad Reggad and his seven assists.

Davis Sr.'s loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Whitney, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

Davis Sr. has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Oak Ridge on the 17th. As for Whitney, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Folsom on the 17th.
