Volleyball Game Preview: Seckinger Jaguars vs. Jefferson Dragons

Seckinger is on a five-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Jefferson is on a six-game streak of away wins (also dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. The Jaguars will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Dragons at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Seckinger was able to grind out a solid win over Discovery, taking the game 2-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Seckinger took both sets by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Jefferson beat North Hall 2-0 on Thursday.

Jefferson didn't let North Hall take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23.

Seckinger's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Jefferson, their win bumped their record up to an identical 2-0.
