Soccer Game Preview: Eastern Wayne vs. Washington

The Eastern Wayne Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Washington Pam Pack at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Eastern Wayne is headed into Tuesday's contest following a draw, the team's first since March 31. They and North Pitt finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Washington waltzed into their match on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Their defense stepped up to hand the - an 8-0 shutout. Considering Washington have won nine matchups by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

With that draw, Eastern Wayne's record moves to 5-6-2. As for Washington, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.

Eastern Wayne came up short against Washington when the teams last played on April 2nd, falling 3-1. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
