Softball Recap: Marshfield Comes Up Short

Marshfield blew Hudson out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Hudson got their revenge. The Tigers fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 2-0. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Marshfield's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Hudson, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-9.

Marshfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 5-4 loss against New Richmond on the 17th. As for Hudson, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-5 defeat against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln on the 17th.
