While Thursday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Carson Gurzi. He showed up in a big way on Thursday, throwing for 412 yards and five TDs while picking up 11.8 yards per attempt. He's now once again averaging 300+ passing yards (332) per game.

Gurzi and Carencro will host Southside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gurzi will face off against Parker Dies, the Sharks' star signal caller.
