Basketball Recap: Liberty County Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Liberty County and Malone squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Liberty County had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 61-16 loss at the hands of the Malone Tigers. Having soared to a lofty 61 points in the game before, the Bulldogs couldn't push the score so high this time.

When it comes to explaining why Liberty County lost, don't look at Kaylee Sexton. Despite the final result, she posted ten points.

Liberty County's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Malone, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-10.

As of now, neither Liberty County nor Malone have any future games scheduled.
