Basketball Recap: Dawson County Comes Up Short

Dawson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 76-37 loss at the hands of the Laurel Locomotives. The Red Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-20.

Dawson County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Laurel, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Dawson County will take on Sidney at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Laurel, they will challenge East Helena on Friday.
