It was a good run, but Central Heights unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Tuesday. The matchup between them and the Pollok Central Bulldogs didn't end well, with the Central Heights Blue Devils falling 59-43. The Blue Devils were down 44-22 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Kaynin Poage was nothing short of spectacular for Pollok Central: he went 7 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 23 points and six rebounds. Those 23 points gave Poage a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jake Matthews, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 12 points along with seven boards and three steals.

Central Heights now has a losing record at 15-16. As for Pollok Central, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 20-10.
