Baseball Recap: Eleva-Strum Cardinals vs. Whitehall Vikings
Eleva-Strum lost to Whitehall back in May of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Cardinals walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Vikings. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cardinals.

Noah Martinson was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Alex King and Michael Lahn did most of the damage at the plate: King went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI, while Lahn got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs. Lahn has become a key player for Eleva-Strum: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 3-5 otherwise.
