Basketball Game Preview: Byron Eagles vs. Genesee Wolves

The Byron Eagles will challenge the Genesee Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Genesee took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Byron, who comes in off a win.

Byron took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They secured a 52-48 W over Morrice.

Meanwhile, Genesee played a tough contest on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Vassar and fell 65-23. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Vulcans recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Genesee's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Byron, their victory bumped their record up to 4-15.

Byron strolled past Genesee in their previous meeting back in February of 2018 by a score of 66-47. Does Byron have another victory up their sleeve, or will Genesee turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
