Volleyball Game Preview: Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs vs. South Plantation Paladins + How To Watch

The Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs will face off against the South Plantation Paladins at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. South Plantation took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Cardinal Gibbons, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Cardinal Gibbons turned things around against Basilica on Wednesday. They blew past the Mariners 3-0. The Chiefs not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0).

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-7, 25-9.

Meanwhile, South Plantation was not able to break out of their rough patch last Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against St. Thomas Aquinas, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-5, 25-4.

Cardinal Gibbons' win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for South Plantation, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.
