Colin Buckley posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He struck out five batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Buckley and St. John Paul II will venture away from home to square off against Archbishop Williams at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
