Baseball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for East Limestone

East Limestone not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 4, 2025 (when they won 14-4). They blew past the West Limestone Wildcats 13-3. The Indians' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Jacob Brooks looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

East Limestone was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .452. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

The win was the third in a row for East Limestone, bringing their record up to 3-1. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for West Limestone, their loss dropped their record down to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. East Limestone will head out to square off against Whitesburg Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Limestone, they will venture away from home to take on Ardmore at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
