Baseball Recap: HCYA Comes Up Short

HCYA fell victim to Lutheran South Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 15-0 to the Pioneers. If HCYA was looking for revenge after losing 8-3 to Lutheran South Academy when the teams met back in March of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for HCYA and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. HCYA will take on O'Connell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lutheran South Academy, they will challenge St. John's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
