Volleyball Recap: Pershing County Mustangs vs. North Tahoe Lakers

Pershing County came tearing into Saturday's contest with 18 straight wins and they left with even more momentum. They had just enough and edged the North Tahoe Lakers out 3-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in September.

Pershing County took North Tahoe into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-22, 20-25, 22-25, 15-9.

Raegan Burrows continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, getting 47 digs, 15 kills, three aces, and a block. She is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in the last 31 games she's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Arya Garland, who had 37 digs, two aces, and a kill.
