Baseball Recap: Calhoun Comes Up Short

Calhoun and Tuloso-Midway squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Calhoun had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Warriors & Cherokees by a score of 1-0. The Sandcrabs haven't had much luck with the Warriors & Cherokees recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Calhoun's defeat dropped their record down to 16-16-1. As for Tuloso-Midway, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 26-8-1.

Calhoun does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tuloso-Midway, they will take on Davenport on the 17th.
