District of Columbia State Athletic Association releases All-State teams in football, soccer volleyball and cross country.

Washington, DC – The District of Columbia State Athletic Association is proud to announce the selection of its Fall All-State teams. The cross-country teams were selected by finish in the state championship meet; other teams were selected by voting among the coaches in each sport.
