Volleyball Recap: Terry Comes Up Short

Terry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the George County Rebels. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

Terry took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-11, 25-14.

Terry's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for George County, they have been performing well recently as they've won 16 of their last 19 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Terry will take on Raymond at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for George County, they will venture away from home to face off against Forest Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
