Softball Recap: Northland Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Northland can now relate to. They came up short against the Dublin Scioto Irish on Wednesday, falling 18-0. Considering the last time the Vikings couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Northland has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Dublin Scioto, their victory bumped their record up to 16-8.

As of now, neither Northland nor the Irish have any future games scheduled.
