Volleyball Recap: Legacy Longhorns vs. Cimarron-Memorial Spartans

There's no place like home for Legacy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cimarron-Memorial Spartans on Monday. The Longhorns not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since November 8, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Legacy's got stronger as the match went on, holding Cimarron-Memorial to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-20, 25-17.

Legacy found their leader in sophomore Manaia Williams, who had seven digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Williams. Raelene Miguel also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.
