Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wakefield). They blew past the East Wake Academy Eagles 7-1 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Tyler Rotellini tossed a big game, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts.
