Mauro Acosta was dynamite on Thursday, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out 14 over six innings pitched. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with six or more strikeouts. For the year, he has been strong no matter where he plays.
