Volleyball Recap: Western Harnett Takes a Loss

Western Harnett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Chatham Central Bears. Surprisingly, this marked the Eagles' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The final score came out to 25-17, 20-25, 25-16, 25-21.

Western Harnett's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Chatham Central, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-7.

Coming up, Western Harnett will take on Southern Lee at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chatham Central, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against North Stokes at 6:00 p.m.
