Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Easton Grable stepped things up a notch to give Whitko the 'W'. Grable got on base in three of his five plate appearances with four stolen bases, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Grable's strong effort led Whitko over Prairie Heights and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Wildcats are 8-1 against the Panthers going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
