Lapel and Shenandoah are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2015, but not for long. The Lapel Bulldogs will challenge the Shenandoah Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lapel is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last eight games.

On Tuesday, Lapel strolled past Taylor with points to spare, taking the game 59-43.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Shenandoah, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against Madison-Grant by a score of 63-51 on Tuesday.

Lapel's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points over those games. As for Shenandoah, their victory bumped their record up to 11-6.

Everything came up roses for Lapel against Shenandoah when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 72-44 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lapel since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
