Sanger entered their tilt with Central East on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Bengals with a sharp 3-0 win. The Apaches were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Bengals, so the Apaches were just returning the favor.

Sanger's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Central East, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Sanger will face off against Fresno Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Eagles have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Central East, they are taking a road trip to challenge Kingsburg at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
