            Canterbury was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They took  a  43-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sarasota Christian Blazers. The Crusaders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blazers apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in December of 2022.
 Canterbury's  defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of  MacKenzie Tucker, who  posted 18  points, and  Myriah Harrison, who  earned 13 points. That was a full 39.4% of Canterbury's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's   put up  more than a third of the team's points.
 Sarasota Christian found their leader in sophomore  Nikki Olupitan, who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 22  boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most  points  Olupitan has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Natalie Fullerton, who  scored nine  points and four  steals.
Canterbury's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Sarasota Christian,  the  win snapped their losing streak at four games  and leaves them with a 6-6 record.
 Canterbury has already played their next match,  a  51-34  victory against Sports Leadership & Management on the 17th. As for Sarasota Christian, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  30-13  win against Forest Lake Academy on the 17th.
